This square was the first one that I designed all by myself. I did a loose variation of the irish hiking scarf, with five knit stitches on each side, and then cables that alternated from the front to the back. I'm also kind of running low on yarn.
And sometime this weekend I'll charge my camera. swear.

Hi, Miranda! I'm not sure we've met, but I stumbled across your blog from Mimi's blog. I'm at the shop every M, T, Th, and Fri...well, most Mondays. Anyway, I wanted to say hi and say I can't wait to see your squares.
Also, I read your post about knitting and football games... since I am a "Mosaic girl," I CAN comment...but perhaps I shouldn't. I'm a big time football fan in general (I get picked on quite a bit for this), so I can't bring myself to do both at the same time very well. But I wish you luck!!
By the way, I like you already... anyone who quotes Frank O'Hara and has read "Jitterbug Perfume" is way okay in my book!! Yea!!
